PURPOSE:To make it possible to finish solder connection in a short time, with small quantity of heat, and reduce the cost of soldering work, by dividing a solder pad into a plurality of small solder pads in the rectangular direction or the intersecting direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the solder pad itself. CONSTITUTION:In a solder pad arranged outside an insertion hole 2a of a terminal, boundary slits 2c and slits 2c inside the hole 2a are arranged in radial direction. As a result, each small solder pad 2b arranged inside the hole 2a, and pads 2b outside the hole 2a also are divided and formed, in the manner in which the slits 2c are put between solder pads formed around the hole 2a and arranged in radial direction, as a plurality of pads 2b, so that short time heating is sufficient enough to completely melt the pads 2b. Quantity of solder being required also can be reduced, thereby enabling the connection with small quantity of heat. Further the generation of connection failures of solder connection part can be perfectly prevented. |
