PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the measured result, by holding the attitude of a electrolytic cell with a first member which is fixed to an object to be measured and a third member whose one end is coupled with the first member and which imparts tensile force to a second member that is coupled to the other end. CONSTITUTION:Two first members 32 are fixed to a surface 19a of an object to be measured with a permanent magnet 34. A rod-shaped member 37 is screwed into the member 32. A spring 38 is externally provided on the member 37. One end of the spring is coupled to the member 32. Then, a corner part 29a of an electrolytic cell 29 is mounted on a second member 39. Under this state, a protruding part that is provided on a fixing member 33 is coupled into a guide groove 30 which is provided in the electrolytic cell 29. With an electrolytic-cell thin pipe part 14 being inserted into a hole 31, the member 37 is inserted into a through hole 39a. The other end of the spring 38 is coupled with the member 39, and a nut 40 is screwed. Thus, the electrolytic cell 29 is held so that it is not inclined. An opening end 14a of the thin pipe part is strongly pushed to an object whose polarity is measured 19 by the actions of these members and the spring 38. Therefore, electrolyte in the electrolytic cell 29 does not leak. The vicinity of the part to be measured is not corrected with the electrolyte. The reliability of the measured result is not deteriorated. |
