发明名称 PHASE DIFFERENCE DETECTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the phase difference at a high speed by reading out the signal charge produced at a image sensor with photodetection after applying the repetitive and non-destructive horizontal scans to the signal charge and executing the analog correlative arithmetic to the signal to be calculated and transmitted as an analog signal. CONSTITUTION:The image sensors 8 and 9 can hold the signal charge produced with photodetection with no discharge and also transmit repetitively and non- destructively the signals R(t) and B(t) to be calculated and equivalent to the signal charge by the horizontal scans. Thus a conventional large-scale memory is not required. Furthermore both signals R(t) and B(t) transmitted as analog signals undergo the correlative value arithmetic through analog arithmetic circuit 13 as the analog signals as they are. In such a ray, the arithmetic processing is carried out at a high speed and with high accuracy and an excellent phase difference detecting device is obtained.
