The invention relates to solid pharmaceutical dosage forms containing at least one peroxide substance as well as a transition metal salt, to a process for obtaining them and to the use of such solid pharmaceutical dosage forms, the latter being usable in bucco-dental hygiene, or applicable as a cleansing and/or decontaminating agent for the maintenance of any item designed to be brought into contact with the mucosae of humans or animals.
