PURPOSE:To achieve stabilization of rotation of a gear, by a method wherein a one way clutch spring is inserted instead of a compression spring and when a gear is rotated in a winding direction, the clutch spring operates to tighten a pulley and the gear is rotated always by constant force. CONSTITUTION:A gear 11 for driving a winding reel 14 for winding journal paper via a gear 15, is driven to be rotated via a timing belt 16 with a drive source such as a pulse motor or the like in winding. The gear 11 is supported with a pulley 12, and the pulley 12 is supported with a secured stud 17. A clutch spring 13 is fitted between a washer 18 anchored and fitted to the stud and the gear 11, and one end 13a thereof is fixed to a gear 13 and the other end is anchored to the washer 18. This clutch spring 13 is driven with the timing belt 16 and is designed so that the pulley 12 is tightened when the gear 11 is rotated in a winding direction. |
