<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the title system so that even if plural persons, etc., being in the course of a conference are displayed fully on the screen of a display device, they can be viewed without the sense of incongruity by coding many gradations within a desired range brought to address designation from an operating part and coding a few gradations at the outside of the desired range and executing the transmission. CONSTITUTION:Data which has scanned an image brought to image pickup from a camera 1 is sent successively to the A/D converting part 6 of an encoder 2, and for instance, converted to the digital signal of 8 bits and outputted. The upper 4 bits in these 8 bits are sent as they are to an encoding part 8, and the lower 4 bits open a gate only with respect to data being within the range of 26, 28, 56 and 58 designated by a keyboard 3, and sent to the encoding part 8. Subsequently, they are decoded by a decoder 4, and the whole conference room in the course of a conference is displayed fully on the screen of a display device 5. In this case, a part (a) shown by diagram A is displayed in detail since encoding of many gradations is executed, and other part is displayed roughly.</p> |
