PURPOSE:To prevent the blocking during winding, the adhesion of adhesive substance in the following process and slipping, furthermore, enable the beautifying property of the printing to be damaged by providing a layer containing the mixture of transparent inorganic or organic particle being specified in its incipient fluidization temperature and particle diameter and the binder of synthetic resin and also containing the foamable hollow particle of the synthetic resin being specified in its softening point, on one side of a base material. CONSTITUTION:The constitution of the sheet for a vessel comprises the layer containing the mixture of transparent inorganic or organic particle with the incipient fluidization temperature of 100 deg.C or above and the particle diameter of 2mum or below and the binder of synthetic resin, and the foamable hollow particle of the synthetic resin of the softening point of 100 deg.C or above. As the inorganic particle, various kinds of silica are given and as the organic particle, synthetic resin powder such as of polystyrene is used. The transparent inorganic or organic particle should make a great number of micro protrusions and recesses on the coating surface, and should not be less than 10% by weight ratio in the entire coating layer so as to perform the blocking prevention and the slipping prevention and should also not be more than 40% so as not to damage the beautifying property of the printing given in the lower layer. Through this manner, the fluidization of entire coating layer in high temperature is prevented, and the protrusions and recesses made by the foaming of the hollow particle never flows. |
