PURPOSE:To straighten the deformation of a medium, to flatten a recording face and to remove the slippage of the optical axis of an optical beam by energizing a transparent body in the holding base direction after inserting an optical recording body into the holding base. CONSTITUTION:A card holding base 1 is supported linearly movably by a rail and a transparent body 3 is supported rotatably by a supporting shaft 5. The transparent body 3 is energized in the direction of the holding base 1 by a coil spring 4. At the time when a card 6 is inserted into the holding base 1 the transparent body 3 is in an opening state, moved downward by the energizing force of the spring 4 after its insertion and the card 6 is held on the holding base 1.
