A filter has a parallelepipedic casing with gas inlet and outlet apertures in opposite faces, a removable lateral wall between the apertures allowing a filter cell to be introduced or removed, a seal surrounding one of the apertures engaged by the filter cell, and a mobile locking bar moved relative to a retaining bar by cams and a lever to press the filter against the seal. ADVANTAGE - The filter cell is easily changed.
