PURPOSE:To protect an electrode burying ceramic green sheet from corrosion and swelling caused by a solvent contained in electrodes by a method wherein the electrodes composed of metal thin films are formed on a carrier by plating or physical evaporation and slurry is applied to the carrier to produce the electrode burying ceramic green sheet and the ceramic green sheet is replicated onto the other ceramic green sheet. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 23a composed of metal thin films are formed on a carrier 21a by plating or physical evaporation and ceramic slurry whose composition contains thermoplastic resin with a content after drying not less than 10wt.% and not higher than 40wt.% is applied to the carrier 21a and dried to produce an electrode burying ceramic green sheet 25. After the electrode burying ceramic green sheet 25 is bonded to the other ceramic green sheet 22 by thermocompression bonding without being removed from the carrier 21a, the carrier 21a only is removed to transcript the electrode burying ceramic green sheet 25 onto the other ceramic green sheet 22.
