PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus for continuous rice-cooking and -serving without assistant, by a method wherein rice is continuously cooked and its cooked- rice is automatically served among bowls. CONSTITUTION:To an equipment that many pots (1) for cooking rice are rotationally transported on a conveyor (2A) and the rice is continuously cooked by respectively operating processes for washing rice, filling water, cooking rice and steaming boiled-rice, following devices are added: a cutting device (3) wherein the cooked-rice through the steaming process is divided into some amounts of rice in the rice-cooker pot, a taking device (4) wherein the divided cooked-rice is loosened and scraped out of its pot as a lump of rice, a throwing device (5) wherein it consists of a cooling conveyor (51) for cooling lumps of rice and a separating shoot (52) for throwing into each case. A washing device (6), wherein the pots of which the cooked-rice is taken out are washed on the conveyor (2A), is also provided. |
