PURPOSE:To surely perform the terminal connection by the reflow soldering via the whole heating by molding with the synthetic resin deformed to cover terminals at both shoulder sections of a T-shaped section and fixing to the housing of a multi-connector via the heat when a comb-shaped alignment body is soldered. CONSTITUTION:A comb blade-equivalent T-shaped section 5 provided on a comb-shaped alignment body 4 fixed to the housing 3 of a multi-connector 1 is provided at the same gap as terminals 2 of the multi-connector 1 and freely inserted between them, it is made of an insulating synthetic resin material and has the thermal expansion coefficient smaller than that of the terminals 2 made of a conducting metal material, positions of the terminals 2 are more correctly restricted at the soldering heating temperature, the displacement with a connection pattern 91 is prevented. The T-shaped section 5 is arranged so that the end face of the leg section 7 is put into contact with the surface of a printed circuit board 9, the shoulder sections 6 are deformed to cover the terminals 2 by the heat at the time of soldering. The terminal connection can be surely performed by the reflow soldering via the whole heating. |
