Punctureproof wheel consisting of a rim with pulled-on casing and of a void-free elastomeric polyurethane-containing filling. The filling consists of a reaction product of two components A and B. Component A contains from 7 to 15 parts by volume of an organic polyisocyanate and from 90 to 95 parts by volume of high-boiling aromatic hydrocarbons. Component B contains from 95 to 105 parts by volume of a polyfunctional polyether or polyester and from 0.2 to 0.7 part by volume of a catalyst. The mixing ratio of components A:B ranges from 0.8:1 to 1.2:1.
