<p>PURPOSE: To automatically/efficiently laminate blanks on a base substance by incorporating a suction/exhaust first rotary valve into a cylindrical anvil to punch the blanks from a web by cooperating with a cylindrical die, and arranging a suction/exhaust second rotary valve in a transfer roller to supply the blanks to the base body by receiving the blanks from this cylindrical anvil. CONSTITUTION: Plural blanks (membranes) 34 are punched from a flexible material web passing between a cylindrical die 96 and a cylindrical anvil 98 by the cooperative action of this die 96 and the anvil 98. Next, the punched blanks 34 are adsorbed/held by the peripheral surface of the cylindrical anvil by alternately connecting the cylindrical anvil 98 to a vacuum port 252 and a compression port 256 of a first rotary valve in single rotation of the cylindrical anvil 98 to be transferred to a transfer roller 102. The blanks 34 and a base body 32 are laminated by supplying the blanks to the base substance (a ring) 34 by adsorbing/holding these blanks 34 by the peripheral surface of the transfer roller 102 by alternately connecting the transfer roller 102 to a vacuum port and a compression port of a second rotary valve in single rotation of this transfer roller.</p> |
