PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the handling operation of a voting amount and an unmanned drawback and to efficiently use a space for a voting facility by using an IC card for a bank for a race. CONSTITUTION:When voting is executed by using the front surface panel of a voting facility and an IC card for a bank is inserted into an inserting port 3, a voting permission is executed and when a password number and a voting amount are inputted by a key operation, a remainder to add and subtract the missed amount and a hit amount until then is displayed 4. Next, race selecting buttons 8 and 9 are operated, an amount is inputted, and then, a pair number displaying 6 and a voting amount displaying 7 light up. After the voting contents are confirmed by respective displayings, when a voting button 12 is pushed down, the voting paper is discharged or the printed journal paper is discharged. Next, when the remainder is displayed at the remainder displaying 4 and the remainder is short, the IC card is returned. |
