PURPOSE:To make it possible to represent an elaborate pattern, by bonding and inserting a metallic layer into a transparent hole with pressure, aligning the upper surface of said metallic layer to be even with the upper surface of a printing ink layer and forming a very small gap between the inner surface of said transparent hole and the lateral surface of said metallic layer. CONSTITUTION:When a resin 11 is injected to within a cavity 2 of metal mold, the resin 11 and a base film layer 8 of a decorative film 3 are integrally welded because of the pressure of the injection molding. Simultaneously, each layer from a coating layer 5 to the base film layer 8 is, upon receipt of the injection molding pressure of the resin, bent towards a transparent hole 9 of a printing ink layer 4. As a result, a metal layer 7 coated with the coating layer 5 is pressed to inside the transparent hole 9. However, since the metal layer 7 is not allowed to bend at right angles to a lower edge 12 of the transparent hole 9 due to the bending resistance thereof, a very small gap delta is formed between the inner surface of the transparent hole 9 and the coating layer 5. The very small gap delta acts a so-called hemming effect. Accordingly, a resin mold 13 appears to have a thin black hem line 15 around a character section 14, thereby realizing stereoscopic feature. |
