PURPOSE:To make the weight of sample constant by making the random start to be started automatically in the time of first cut collection interval. CONSTITUTION:A device 100 which issues cutter-start signals 48 and 53 to an automatic cutter control device of a cutter-type reducer issues X pulse when the weight of a sample to a measuring instrument 38 is X1kg, and when the weight of the sample is X1kg, the value X1 is input from a weight counter 40 to detectors 46 and 52 that are sensitive to coincidence, and the counting value of an interval counter 50 is made the value X1 every (t) sec, and signal 53 is issued. A random start counter 44 counts the pulses from a oscillator 43, and the value of this counting and X1 are compared at the detector 46. If they are equivalent, the counter 44 is cleared and the time of this clearing corresponds to the interval (t) of the collection. |
