<p>PURPOSE:To perform unload leaving an unloading state as it is to shorten an unloading time by performing the unload in a state where negative pressure on a vacuum column is weakened. CONSTITUTION:The negative pressure A and B on the vacuum columns 4 and 5 are weakened to limitation possible to keep a loop by a tape. Next, by reducing the gain of the loop position feedback of a reel motor to the limitation resistant to the negative pressure A and B on the vacuum columns 4 and 5 and rotating a capstan 3 in a direction of a peak word (arrow head), the tape 6 comes off a reel 2. The coming off of the tape is detected by the change of the rotation of the reel or detecting the absence of the tape at the position by a sensor provided in the neighborhood of a head 8. When the rotation of the take-up reel 2 is stopped in such state and the unload is continued, the tape 6 is taken up on a supply reel, therefore, the rotation of the capstan 3 and the reel 1 are stopped at that time.</p> |
