<p>PURPOSE:To automate the assembly process of a radiator by arranging so that the radiator may be able to be fitted to a vehicle without the upper end of the radiator interfering with the lower surface of the upper portion of a front bulkhead. CONSTITUTION:A radiator holding portion 6 is made up of an upper part holding arm 60 which contacts strikingly and holds the upper end of a radiator W, a cylinder 61 which rises/lowers the upper part holding arm 60, a lower part holding arm 62 which contacts strikingly and holds the lower end of the radiator W and a cushion rubber holding arm 64 which fits into the groove of a cushion rubber at the lower end of the radiator. An inclination mechanism 51 consists of an inclination frame 50 and a cylinder 51 which inclines the inclination frame 50. The radiator can be fitted to a vehicle without the upper end of the radiator interfering with a front bulkhead, only by holding the radiator by means of arms in the state of inclination in which the upper part of the radiator leans toward the rear part of the vehicle and returning the radiator into the state of perpendicularity afterward by means of the inclination mechanism.</p> |
