PURPOSE:To prevent drop-out from being generated by bubble mixing by making the injecting speed of floating resin lower than that of another area in the near area of an injecting nozzle and an outer circumference ring at the time of resin injecting. CONSTITUTION:To a mould, in which a quartz plain 1 and a stamper 2 are faced and a nozzle 7 and an outer circumference ring 3 are integrated into the stamper 2, thermal setting or optical setting resin 4 is injected from the nozzle 7. The injecting speed up to a position, in which the lower edge part of the floating resin contacts with the stamper 2 near the ring 3, and over a position, in which the tip of a resin spreading area contacts to the inner circumference surface of the ring 3 near the ring 3, is made lower than that of the other area. Thus, the residue of air is erased in a part, where the nozzle 7, ring 3 and stamper 2 are crossed and the generation of the drop-out, etc., can be prevented. |
