PURPOSE:To easily offer an example without errors to a user unable to prepare the most suitable example by building an example generating program in a manual reference system. CONSTITUTION:In one member in a manual library, a separator to separate a document part from a program part is provided, that the program part exist is displayed in one entry in the directory of the member and a title name, its attribute name and the code of the separator are registered in the entry. The program and an explanation in the document part are retrieved and the program is executed by the instruction of the user. In order to refer to one entry of the directory, the user gives an instruction to display the contents of the entry, understands the description of the selected entry and prepares the example. Thus, even when the user is unable to prepare the most suitable example, these are easily offered from a system side to the user. |
