PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of straight advancing quality and turning performance by controlling a differential limiting force instruction value in accordance with a turning radius and a centripetal acceleration absolute value. CONSTITUTION:A differential limiting force control means (a) outputs a differential limiting force instruction value determined being based on an input detection value from a predetermined detecting means. A differential limiting clutch (b) variably controls differential limiting force of right and left drive wheels by a signal from the differential limiting force control means (a). A turning radius detecting means (c), centripetal acceleration detecting means (d) and a longitudinal acceleration detecting means (e) are contained as the detecting means. The differential limiting force control means (a) controls a value, increased in accordance with a turning radius value and a centripetal acceleration absolute value, serving as the differential limiting force instruction value, when a turning radius exceeds a predetermined value, and a value, increased in accordance with the centripetal acceleration absolute value and a longitudinal acceleration absolute value, serving as the differential limiting force instruction value when the turning radius is not more than the predetermined value.
