A rotor panel for measuring the air flow rate through an air conditioning system comprises 2 thin sheets of stiff material which define the surface of a hollow profile then filled with a rigid cellular resin expanded in situ to support the surface sheets and bond them together. Pref. the panel has a rectangular form or has the form of a disc or a segment of a disc and one or both sheets has a rim or step profile on part or all of its border(s). Pref. the sheets are of metal and the expanded resin is a polyurethane or a polyamide.
