PURPOSE:To improve shelf stability and developability and to provide lipophilic property by incorporating a specified copolymer, a salt of a specified condensate and a photopolymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:A maleic acid deriv.-isobutylene copolymer consisting of structural units represented by formulae Ia-Id, a salt of an arom. diazonium- carbonyl condensate and a photopolymn. initiator are incorporated into a photosensitive resin compsn. In the formulae Ia-Id, R<1> is -CH2CH(OH)-(CH2)p-R<4>, R<4> is a group having a vinyl group, e.g., acryloyl or methacryloyl, (p) is a positive integer, R<2> is an amino group or an amino acid residue substd. by a cycloalkyl, aralkyl or unsubstd. phenyl group, e.g., anilino or cyclo-substd. alkylamino, (l), or (l') is 5-15mol.% (m), or (m') is 20-40mol.% and (l+m+n)/q=0.1-10. The structural units of the copolymer are preferably represented by formulae IIa-IId. |
