PURPOSE:To make it possible to use ground rods with a discharge gap concurrently by providing a pulley, a driving wire, and ground rods, and regulating the size of the ground rods linking each other responding to the rotation of an operation handle when the grounding is released. CONSTITUTION:When the grounding is released, an operation handle 29 is rotated clockwise. As a result, a pulley 31b is also rotated in the same direction, and a delivery wire 32b pulleys down a ground rod 30b while pulling a compression spring 35b. The ground rod 30b is set its position by a stopper 42 of the handle 29, and a ground rod 30a is also set in the same manner. The stopper 42 is made in a longish hole and fastened by an adjustable screw 43 according to a scale plate 44 responding to the gap coefficient. As a result, the position of the stopper 42 is regulated and fixed, and the grounding positions of the ground rods 30a and 30b are set automatically. Consequently, the ground rods 30a and 30b are used together with the discharge gap concurrently, and the gap size can be set automatically, making the handling easier. |
