PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous hydroxyapatite and polylactide composite foam is provided to economically and simply mold hydroxyapatite using a sintering process and to effectively remove heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous hydroxyapatite and polylactide composite foam comprises the following steps: producing a dispersion mixture by adding polylactic acid to a hydroxyapatite suspension(S11); precipitating the dispersion mixture with methanol to form hydroxyapatite and polylactic acid precipitate(S12); compress-molding the hydroxyapatite and polylactic acid precipitate to form a composite(S13); and foaming the composite with supercritical fluid(S14).
