PURPOSE:To facilitate an operation by preparing a property ledger and after that, operating the control of the property according the fluctuation data of the property successively. CONSTITUTION:After the basic investigation of collating investigation between the property ledger and a register, etc., the real condition of the property is investigated and an attached figure is prepared. Data are inputted to a computer and confirmed. After that, the data are corrected by accompanying the fluctua tion of the property. Thus, the complex fluctuation or present condition of the property can be recognized at a glance. |
