<p>PURPOSE:To stop a slider with a low deceleration without lengthening a code plate, by arranging a plurality of stators continuously in a slider stopping section and arranging a plurality of detectors with intervals shorter than the length of the code board between the stators. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stators 4 of a linear motor are arranged continuously in a stop section of a slider 2. Furthermore, detectors 5a-5d such as photo-sensors are arranged with intervals ld which are shorter than the length lS of a code plate 3 between a plurality of stators 4. When the slider 2 comes across the position where the stators 4 are arranged continuously, the slider 2 passes through the code plate 3 and between the detectors 5a-5d and thereby signals are outputted from the detectors 5a-5d. These signals are combined in one signal through an OR gate employed in a controller for performing inverter control.</p> |
