PURPOSE:To recognize an object at high speed with a simple constitution even when a brightness difference between the object and a background is little by providing a signal processing circuit for every color, attenuating the hue of the background and recognizing the object. CONSTITUTION:As a picture signal, a color signal is received to attenuate the color signal of the background in an attenuating circuit 11. Further, in an offset circuit 12, an offset voltage, especially, a negative offset voltage are applied to clip a signal below a constant level in a level clip circuit 13. Thereby, the luminance signal of the background is attenuated to synthesize the output signal of the level clip circuit 13 as the luminance signal in synthesizing circuit 14 and obtain the picture having the luminance signal difference between the object and the background. Accordingly, the object can be simply recognized by the picture signal having this luminance difference. |
