摘要 PURPOSE:To control an airflow quantity by means of a sheet material single body and to execute a heat seal with an impulse system heat seal method by composing the title heater of two copolymer composite fibers of specific first and second components and making the sheet material, in which the airflow quantity and a maximum hole diameter are specific, respectively, into a pouchy body. CONSTITUTION:The sheet material, which is composed of the composite fiber, in which the first component is a polyethylene terephthalate or the copolymer and the second component is a polyolefin or the copolymer, whose airflow quantity is 0.05-10cc/cm<3>.sec, and whose maximum hole diameter is 5-40mu, is made into the pouchy body, and a heating character composition material to be heated under the existence of an air is sealed in the pouchy body. For the fiber degree of the composite fiber, 0.5-10d is preferable. 1-6d is further preferable. For the METSUKE of the sheet material, since the airflow quantity is easily made excessive at 50g/m<2> or below, and it is thick for making a pounchy body for the pocket heater and a flexibility lacks at 110g/m<2> or above, 50-100g/m<2> is preferable. For the sheet material, only the second component is fused and flattened by a heating pressurizing, voids between fibers are buried, the airflow quantity is made into 0.05-10cc/cm<3>.sec, and the maximum hole diameter is made into 5-40mu.
