An opening control device varies the opening angle of the second inlet port, and has a pressure receiving portion defining a first pressure chamber communicating with a high pressure side, and a second pressure chamber communicating with a low pressure side. The control device is angularly displaceable in response to a difference between a high pressure and a low pressure in the chambers for causing the opening angle of the second inlet port to vary.
