摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effectively suppress brake noise and judder accompanied with the floating-up of a frictional pad on brake application by forming an engagement stepped part for brake transmission in the inner peripheral part of the frictional pad on the turning-in side of a disc rotor and forming the first - third anchor parts. CONSTITUTION:Accompanied with a brake action, a frictional pas 18 having a disc rotor 10 nipped is applied with a turning moment to follow the rotor 10. The brake power is received by the first anchor parts 32R and 32L of a support 12 from the engagement stepped parts 26R and 26L of the inner peripheral part of the pad 18 on the turning-in side of the rotor 10, and at the same time, received by the third anchor parts 36R and 36L along the radial direction of the rotor of the support 12 in contact with the edge part of the pad 18 on the turning-out side of the rotor 10. Further, the pad 18 is applied with a turning moment by the revolution tangential force of the brake power, and a floating phenomenon tends to be generated on the turing-in side of the rotor 10. However the second anchor parts 34R and 34L suppress the floating-up phenomenon onto the outer edge part of the pad 18, and the slip in the revolution direction of the rotor 10 is suppressed by the engagement surface.</p>
