PURPOSE:To correctly answer a client about a date of delivery by arranging and reserving working time zones by means of referring to a reservation table corresponding to a working site involved in copying requests and controlling work based on reservation information. CONSTITUTION:When a request D on copying is made, working sites {1(i)-1(j)} required for completing copying operation are selected from overall working sites {1(1), 1(2), ..., 1(n)}, and a work reservation means 3 arranges and reserves working time zones on the concerned working sites {1(i)-1(j)} by referring to the reservation table corresponding to said sites. Based on reservation information prepared by the work reservation means 3, a work control means 4 controls how to advance work about the copying request D and working control services for clients. In such a way, a reservation is made according to the reservation table corresponding to each working site, and work is controlled based on reservations; therefore work control becomes more appropriate. |
