<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a product at high size precision safely and at a low cost by moulding a plurality of flange parts using thermosetting resin, disposing them in a moulding die, and blow moulding a branch tube part connecting the flange parts with each other using thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:An intake manifold 1 is composed of flange parts 2, 3 on both sides to be used for seal surfaces to an engine block head and a carburetor, and a branch tube part 4 connecting these with each other. In this case, for moulding the intake manifold 1 of resin, the flange parts 2, 3 are moulded first using thermosetting resin. Then the flange parts 2, 3 are disposed in a moulding die, and a branch tube part 4 is moulded by blow moulding using thermosetting resin. The intake manifold 1 is thus manufactured of the flange parts 2, 3 and the branch tube part 4 integrated with each other.</p> |
