PURPOSE:To surely and quickly degrease a green compact without developing any crack, etc., by heating while continuously measuring wt. of the green compact in a heating furnace and adjusting heater for heating in accordance with the wt. measuring value at the time of degreasing binder from the green compact composing the powder of ceramic or metal and the binder. CONSTITUTION:The green compact 12 compacted after kneading the metal or the ceramic with the binder is laid on setter 9 in the heating furnace 1 and while supplying the inert gas of Ar gas into the furnace from gas supplying device 6, the green compact 12 is heated with the heater 7 to degrease and remove the binder in the inner part. In this case, wt. of the green compact 12 is continuously measured with a weigher 11 connecting with the setter 9 by supporting column 10. This measured value is inputted in a controller 13 and heating value of the heater 7 is controlled with an output adjustable power source 8 so as to coincide with the degreasing speed program, which is set in the controller 13. By heating the green compact at suitable heating speed, the green compact is surely and quickly degreased without developing any damage of crack. etc. |
