PURPOSE:To increase the stroke in the vertical direction by connecting an intermediate holder which shifts in the vertical direction onto one edge part of an arm which serves as spring and whose the other edge is connected with a car body side member and connecting a hub carrier which turns around a vertical shaft onto the intermediate holder. CONSTITUTION:A suspension device 10 is equipped with a link system consisting of the upper and lower arms 11 and 12 which are made of FRP and serve as springs. The fixed edges 11a and 12a of the arms 11 and 12 are fixed onto a frame 14 as car body side member through a plurality of fixing parts 15 and 16. A plurality of eyelet members 22 and 23 having the horizontal shafts 20 and 21 are fixed onto the free edges 11b and 12b of the arms 11 and 12 through a plurality of connecting parts 25-28. Further, an intermediate holder 30 is interposed between the eyelet members 22 and 23. A hub carrier 44 is interposed in turnable ways between a plurality of supporting parts 32 and 33 of the intermediate holder 30 through a plurality of shafts 41 and 42 in the vertical direction.
