PURPOSE:To digitalize the data of a detecting part module and to prevent the degradation of the data by reflecting one part of incident light, transmitting one part, modulating the reflected light in a pulse shape with an output from a sensor and receiving the reflected light, which is modulated in a pulse shape, with an optical signal receiving part in a receiving side. CONSTITUTION:One part of the incident light is reflected by a half mirror 53 and this reflected light is modulated in the pulse shape by an optical modulating element 52 and after that, transmitted through an optical transmitting means 3 to an optical signal receiving part 1 as an optical signal. One part of the incident light is transmitted by the half mirror 53 and this transmitted light is converted to an electric signal by a second optical receiving module 55. Thus, since the data are digitalized in a detecting part module 4, the influence of noise is hardly received during transmission and further, the possibility of error generation goes to be low. Thus, even when a distance between the optical signal receiving part 1 in the data receiving side and the detecting part module 4 in a data transmitting side is increased, the degradation of the data is prevented. |
