PURPOSE: To individually adjust respective parameters by turning the 1st parameter to zero, determining the value of the other parameter so as to locate a desired waveform at a prescribed position on a display screen, and then determining the value of the 1st parameter so as to locate the desired waveform at the other position on the display screen. CONSTITUTION: As for the sawtooth wave of a field, first of all, the phase and amplitude of the sawtooth wave are adjusted so as to position the central horizontal line of a display image on the virtual central horizontal line of the display screen and to watch the final horizontal line desired to watch on the display image just at the bottom edge of the display screen by turning parameters S0 and S1 for S-correction to zero according to parameters A0 and H0 . Values A1 and H1 found out by this adjustment are stored in an electric reloadable read only memory(EAROM) 28 during the adjustment. Next, the S-correction to the other horizontal line is adjusted. Thus, the values of parameters S0 and S1 are generated and the amplitude, phase and symmetry can be kept constant. |
