In the case of a motor-vehicle front end with a front spoiler (4) and air-guide channels (12, 13), serving for the aerodynamic brake cooling and open towards the carriageway (9), the spoiler (4) has side regions (10, 11) which are drawn up in front of the wheel houses so that the air-guide channels (12, 13), which are designed to have a low aerodynamic drag, lie higher than the central spoiler region (8) and deflect relatively large cooling-air flows on to the wheel brakes (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
