<p>PURPOSE:To leak an electrostatic charge generated at a conductive synthetic resin part through a resistance element to a supply power source circuit side each time the charge is generated and to prevent the generation of an electrostatic accident by providing an electrostatic charge preventing device connected through a conductive synthetic resin part and a resistance element to the power source input circuit of electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION:For example, a static electricity generated at conductive resin parts 4 and 6 by inserting and removing repeatedly a cassette case 3 to a computer main body 5 in an arrow direction for a long time does not flow at insulating synthetic resin parts 7a and 7b, in which the resistance value to join to this is higher, in short, a resistance r2 side.
