PURPOSE:To improve the life of a scroll compressor when it is continuously served by integrally forming two components of a flat part having the sealing function and a key part having the automatic preventing function into the frame of a fixed element engaged with an Oldham's ring. CONSTITUTION:A frame 5 has a frame key 5a with which the key groove 4a on an Oldham's ring 4 as a part of an automatic preventing mechanism is engaged. The frame 5, which is an integral form, consists of two parts. One is a flat part 5b having the sealing function and the other is a key part 5a having the automatic preventing function. The molding material of the flat part 5b is higher in coefficiency of thermal conductivity than and different from that of the key part 5a. Cast iron having higher specific gravity is used to mold the key part 5a only which occupies approximately 1% of the total volume of the frame. Aluminum is used for the rest 99% part of the frame. |
