In the ceiling portion 6 overhanging a swinging panel (door leaf) 1, is located an arm 9 projecting downwards as far as below the upper edge 4 of the swinging panel. This arm can move in a horizontal trajectory which runs along the reference plane P into which the swinging panel comes in the closed configuration. This trajectory moves closer to this plane whilst moving away from the axis of articulation of the swinging panel. This arm is driven by a threaded rod 11 rotating about its axis, and on which is engaged a nut portion 22 of this arm. It is moreover guided in terms of movement and held in terms of orientation with respect to this rod by this rod itself and by lateral guidance bearing surfaces 30, 31 advantageously formed along a slit 37' formed in a ceiling panel 33 supporting the rod and a drive motor 17. The movement of this arm brings about closure then immobilisation of the swinging panel against a rest located at the other side of the reference plane. <IMAGE> |
