The appliance is constructed on the single-pan principle. The brewing process is carried out either intermittently or on a continuous daily basis. The malt (in a bag) for meshing is situated in a rotating wire basket. When the meshing process has been completed, the wire basket is raised and/or replaced by means of a robotic arm. The appliance brews beer automatically by means of a programmable electronic control system. The program is variable. The appliance is intended primarily for use in the home and in restaurants, and reduces the amount of work required.
