Polyurethane (PUR) allows a large number of properties, such as for example great low-temperature impact strength, great overall strength, fast demoulding time, low yield pressure and the like. However, generally it is only ever possible to achieve a number of these properties by corresponding adjustment and choice of the formulation of the PUR. At the same time, however, there is the desire to cast in a single mould moulded parts which are as large and extensive as possible and are intended to have different local sections of different properties, such as for instance varying colouration or different hardness or elasticity in spatially separate sections. The object of the invention is therefore to improve the suitability of PUR mouldings for different applications. In principle, the invention consists in building up even stretched-flat bodies within the casting mould from a plurality of polyurethanes of different formulations. This measure allows the effect to be achieved that individual sheet-like sections of the plastics moulding stretched in a sheet-like form have the desired technical properties. For this purpose, the layers preferably merge with one another in a wedge-shaped manner, so that a plurality of PUR layers of different properties are laid one over the other. <IMAGE>
