<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability and maintainability suppressing a cost with a drive system simplified by using a frequency-controlled type induction motor serving as the bicycle motor of pad or tees and directly mounting the motor to a rotary unit in the non-concentric position. CONSTITUTION:A device is constituted setting up a frequency-controlled type induction motor, so-called inverter motor 4, in a rotary unit 2, rotating a tape pad 3 around an axis of the rotary unit 2, so as to rotate the tape pad 3 on its own axis while its speed control is performed. Then the inverter motor 4 is controlled rotating by a thyristor inverter or a transistor inverter controlling a primary frequency and voltage, because the inverter motor 4 is provided with no brush, stable rotation can be ensured even for use receiving centrifugal force. Consequently, the tape pad 3 enables its driving system to be simplified with no deterioration of reliability in a rotating control of the pad on its own axis, and the device low suppresses its manufacture cost enabling reliability and maintainability to be improved.</p> |
