<p>PURPOSE:To control the generation of wear in a sliding section of the title device by making a section between an upper end surface of a bearing section and a lower surface of an agitating blade mounting component a structure in which diffusion mediums are not gathered and deposited in the sliding section with an agitation shaft of the lower section of a basket. CONSTITUTION:A mill base A is placed in the depth in which a basket 2 is completely immersed in a vessel 1 and an agitation shaft 8 is driven and revolved. Diffusion mediums 6 and the mill base A are forcibly agitated in the basket 2 by the revolution of a diffusion medium agitating blade 10 followed revolution of the agitating shaft 8, and the grain sizes of solid particles in the mill base A get finer by slipping stress between diffusion mediums 6. Said mill base A is circulated between the basket 2 and the vessel 1 shown by an arrow mark by the revolution of a fluidizing blade 11. As the upper end surface of a bearing section 20 is inclined outwardly, and further as a flying piece 24 is provided close to the upper end surface on the bearing section 20, diffusion mediums 8 are prevented from infiltrating into a sliding contact section of the bearing section 20 to control wear of said section.</p> |
