PURPOSE:To develop various functions by irradiation of radiations by incorporating a specific compd. as a radiation sensitive material into the above material. CONSTITUTION:This material contains the compd. expressed by the formula I or the like as the radiation sensitive material. In the formula I, (Nuox)<1>, (Nuox)<2> denote =O, =N-R<4> (R<4> denotes a hydrogen atom., hydrocarbon group, etc.) L denotes the formula II (R<6>, R<7> denote a hydrogen atom., hydrocarbon group, substd. hydrocarbon group, etc.; Z denotes a bivalent atom. group which is electrically negative with a carbon atom. carrying R<6>, R<7>; UG denotes a group which is released in the form of Z-UG by irradiation of radiations.) R<1>-R<3> respectively denote a hydrogen atom., substd. and unsubstd. hydrocarbon group, halogen, sulfo group, etc. The various functions are thus developed properly according to purposes by the irradiation of the radiations. |
