The diamond mash is supplied from a tank (C) into the holes of the joining band (B). The bands made of metal sheet join in parallet to each other with the circumference of a wheel (S). The bands having the diamond mashe are welded by the electrode roller or rod to melt the band so that the diamond meshes are fixed tightly around the wheel.
