<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation of quality of a wound tape by providing interfering members which deform the tape and produce an abnormal running state in the tape when the tape enters a wrong running path and runs along the wrong path. CONSTITUTION:When a tape 2 enters a wrong running path other than a prescribed running path and runs along the wrong path, interfering members 14, 16, and 18 provided in the vicinity of the prescribed running path interface with the tape 2 and deform the tape 2 so as to produce an abnormal running state. Therefore, even when the tape 2 enters a wrong running path and runs along the wrong path, an abnormal running state is produced in the tape 2 and winding of the tape under a wrong condition can be prevented. As a result, the quality degradation of a wound tape can be prevented.</p> |
