A circular arc concave section (2,2') is formed mutually opposite at each side of the plate spring. The concave section (2,2') shields by rubber pad (10) and metal supporting member (20) which has an opposite curve to each concave section. The fiber reinforced composite plate spring (1) connects with surrounding parts or structural circular fixing member (30) by U-bolt (24'). And the metal supporting member (20) and fixing member (30) are connected by U- bolts (24,24').
